A+FCU On-Campus Branch At San Marcos High School

A+ Federal Credit Union is proud to partner with the San Marcos CISD in the operation of a fully-functioning, on-campus branch location inside San Marcos High School. The branch was the first in-school branch A+FCU opened in Central Texas in partnership with a community school district.

In addition to having a bank located at school, the facility also provides students with an opportunity to learn about working in the financial services industry through an internship program that gives them hands-on experience, along with an opportunity to earn money and school credit. The branch also partners with educators to provide in-class money management presentations, sponsorships, and more.

Students, staff, and community members who open a Cash-Back Checking Account at the San Marcos High School Branch can show off their school spirit with a SMHS Rattler Debit Card that earns cash back for the school when they use it. San Marcos High School has earned over $234,873 since 2015.

The San Marcos High School Branch is located on campus at 2601 Rattler Road, Suite 100, San Marcos TX 78666, and is open to both students and our members that live and work in the area.
