First-Time User?

To access your accounts online:

  • Click on First-Time User on the above banner of our A+ website.
  • Enter information for the Primary Member:
    - Member number
    - Date of Birth
    - Last 4 Digits of SSN
    - ZIP Code
    - Choose a Login ID
  • Notate the Login ID and Password, click on the ‘here’ link to continue
    the enrollment process.
  • Enter in the Login ID and Password from previous screen. Click Login.
  • Select how you’d like to receive your Secure Access Code. Click
  • Type in your five digit Secure Access Code. Click Submit.
  • Read the Online Banking Agreement. Click I Accept.
  • Verify information displayed, but please don’t change anything! Click
  • Create and confirm a new password. Requirements are on the right-hand
    side of the screen. Click Submit.
  • Click OK to change password.
