The A+ Federal Credit Union (A+FCU) Board of Directors awarded 75 Texas high school and college students with $150,000 in scholarships for the 2024-2025 school year. The annual amount awarded was increased this year in recognition of the credit union’s 75th Anniversary, allowing 15 additional students to earn scholarships from A+FCU. Each student receives $2,000 to help with college educational expenses.

Awarding scholarships has been a long-standing A+FCU tradition, benefiting more than 600 students with over $1.1 million in scholarship support for their college endeavors.

"With the generous support A+FCU has received from our community over the last 75 years, and in honor of our 75th anniversary in 2024, it’s our great privilege to award $150,000 in scholarships to 75 well-deserving students! From their high achievements to engaged community service, this year's recipients have demonstrated their tenacity, and we wish them the best in their endeavors."
