Mortgage Plus Portal

Our Mortgage Plus Portal is designed to help you securely upload and receive documents and get status updates about your loan.

LOG IN

Here’s how to sign in:

  1. Fill out the information that matches your application (if you’re applying with someone else, you’ll each have a separate login).
  2. You’ll receive an email within a few minutes that contains a link to log in.
  3. Click the link to log in to the portal.

The link will only be valid for one hour. After that, you’ll need to request a new one for security reasons. If you’re a primary applicant, watch our How-To: Mortgage Plus Portal video to learn more and get started.

Home Connect Portal

Use our Home Connect Portal to apply for a variety of home loans, view your loan status, send messages, and upload documents.

LOG IN

Here’s how to sign in:

  1. Click the log in button above or use the link provided in your application confirmation email.
  2. Fill out the information that matches your application and confirm your identity either via Social Security Number (SSN) or via email.
    • If you choose to confirm your identity via SSN, click Get Application Status to see your information.
    • If you choose to confirm your identity by email, select the Confirm your identity via email instead of SSN? button. Fill out your information and click Send Email Authentication. Enter the code you receive via email and then click Get Application Status to see your information.
