REMINDER: A+FCU will never text you a link or call to request your account info.

We’ve received reports that fraudsters are texting, emailing, calling, and spoofing A+FCU phone numbers in an attempt to get members to give out personal account information. These scammers may text or email links to try and trick you into clicking and providing them with your log in credentials so they can gain access to your accounts.

Remember that our A+FCU team will never call to ask you for your login credentials or secure access codes. We won't ask you to click on a link to log in to your online banking account. These fraudsters may act like they're trying to assist you, when in fact, they are attempting to cause harm.

Even if it appears to be our team reaching out to you from an A+FCU phone number or with a text showing our logo, our team members will never reach out to ask you to do a transaction over the phone or access an unfamiliar website, so please be diligent and never share your credentials, debit card number, or secure access codes. Do not click any links texted to you. If this happens, please don't respond. If reached by phone and these types of questions are asked of you, hang up immediately.

If you need to verify A+FCU is calling you or to report fraud, please call us directly at 512.302.6800.
