Grant Application Now Available!

A+ Education Foundation, a philanthropic arm of A+ Federal Credit Union, invites Central Texas Educators to apply for a 2017 A+ Education Foundation Grant of up to $1,000 to fund innovative classroom programs for their students. Grant applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, June 4, 2017. Visit to get started.

Since its inception in 2005, the A+ Education Foundation has awarded over $670,000 to over 730 grant recipients in schools and districts across Central Texas.

“The A+ Education Foundation provides grants to Educators for programs that enhance their teaching and the students’ learning experiences,” said Kerry A. S. Parker, A+ Education Foundation President. “Throughout the years, the goal of the educators remains the same — to encourage student learning through hands-on, interactive experiences. The A+ Education Foundation is honored to support these programs.”

Professionally-Certified Educators (grades Pre-K through 12) in the schools in the A+ Federal Credit Union’s field of membership may apply. The A+ Education Foundation Board selects members of the educational community to review applications. Grant winners will be notified July 19, 2017.
