All A+FCU branch lobbies are open for limited walk-in transactions. We encourage members to continue to use A+ Online Banking, the A+ Mobile app, and drive-thrus whenever possible. Please note that some services still require an appointment.

In response to Austin-Travis County change to Stage 4 and subsequent public health guidelines, A+FCU employees, members, and visitors will be required to wear a mask while inside any A+FCU location, regardless of vaccination status, effective July 26.

High school branches are closed for the summer.

Appointment Information

If you need to complete an appointment-only service, fill out the form below and a team member will contact you to schedule it.

Appointments are only available during normal branch hours: Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am – 1 pm.

Here’s some information you need to know before your appointment:

  • We ask that you show up to the branch at your scheduled appointment time and wait in your car or outside the branch until an A+FCU team member calls your cell phone. Once they call, you’ll be escorted inside.
  • It’s recommended that you do not bring additional people with you to the appointment unless necessary.

Health & Safety Details

When visiting an A+FCU branch, please keep the following in mind:

  • Social distancing will be enforced in branch lobbies. Stickers and guides will be visible.
  • Please limit the number of people that come into the branch with you – whether for an appointment or in-person transaction.
  • If you currently have COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, please do not visit a branch location.
Cleaning and Safety Precautions

Our priority is the health and safety of our staff and members. Here are some of the precautions we’re taking:

  • All branches have been treated with an antimicrobial spray
  • Entry and exit doors are automated to limit surfaces touched
  • Large Plexiglas® germ guards are installed on office desks and teller stations
  • After each appointment, A+FCU team members will disinfect the space including wiping down surfaces, chairs, and anything touched during the appointment
  • A+FCU team members will clean and disinfect teller pods throughout the day
