Hiring Process

We expect all of our employees to be excellent representatives for our Credit Union products and services; therefore, if considered for an interview, you will be asked to provide authorization for A+FCU to obtain your credit report, criminal history and verify education and employment.

We are committed to excellence for our members and for our employees. For that reason, our hiring process is very thorough. Please note that it is normal for the application process to take up to three or four weeks on average.

  4. Credit check
  5. Bondability Verification
  6. Interview
  7. Offer extended
  8. Background check & employment verification
